The Museum of Fine Arts, Boston offered the ideal backdrop and phenomenal source of inspiration for the opening night event of a biennial national conference. Our challenge was to develop design and performance elements that would complement the existing gallery spaces while somehow inducing a continuous flow throughout the museum by attendees. The goal of inviting guests to explore each of the galleries was achieved to great success based on post-program survey results.

TOCA Events had a team of 250+ producers, managers, dispatchers, labor and performers on-site for the event, and worked within a venue required load-in framework of 5 hours.
